Special Sauce for Instant Noodle

Ingredients

1 tsp Oyster Sauce

1 tsp dark soya sauce

1 tsp vinegar

1 1/2 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp tomato

3 tsp chilli sauce

Method

1. Put instant noodle into boiling water and cook

2. Mix oyster sauce, vinegar, dark soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and sesame oil on a serving plate.

3. Add a little bit of water onto the sauce mixture and stir well

4. Drain off water and pour cooked noodle onto plate

5. Crack egg into some boiling water and cook it the water scrumble egg style

6. Empty content onto the plate and mix everything well. Ready for serving

Note: You can alter the sauces according to your preference.
